Laravel & Vue: How to have

In one of my blade files, I have the following setup:

<div id="app>
   <Component1></Component1>
   <Component2></Component2>
</div>

In the Admin area of the app, which is an entirely different section, how would I set up a page to be run by Vue. I am bit confused as to how would npm run watch know what to look for since Laravel Mix specifies one output file.
