Illuminate\Database\QueryException Laravel voyager SQLSTATE[42S01]

hello every one i working a project with laravel voyager but i have this erreur when i run : php artisan voyager:install --with-dummy

the erreur :

N.B i already did Schema::defaultStringLength(191); to the APP service provider but it s not working .
