What is the best Youtube API package for laravel 5

I want to build a video streaming site using Youtube API.

Users can upload, search and manage videos just like channels in Youtube.

After googling around I found the following packages related with Youtube API

1. http://ift.tt/1xqcijk (get, search videos only)
2. http://ift.tt/1Obiz0x (upload, delete videos only)

and other packages ....

NOTE: I have used none of the above

I am looking for a package that can get, search, upload, delete videos. Is there one like that?

If there isn't any, I am thinking to use both of them(mentioned above). What's your opinion?

Please also guide me if you have better ways of work around. Thanks in advance.
