Different vue styles in local and dev server

I have a Laravel app working with Vue.

My vue app uses element-ui from one side, and ant-dev from other side.

Also two package-lock.json files (local and dev server) are identical, I see differences in generated styles in both libraries, which causes different view.

Any idea what might be the reason?

(I compile both with npm run dev)
