How to solve the error in module build failed . Couldn't load css

The result in browser::The error on bash terminal is listed below Tried to use AdminLTE template . I run the command npm install admin-lte --save in bash terminal.Followed by npm run dev. Then I wrote the code of lines in line 11 and 12. After that when i run npm run dev. Checked in the browser. Still the css file was not loading.
