Laravel and Flutterwave: How to implement payments to a specific logged in user

Im using Laravel 5.5 and flutterwave to effect payments but still puzzled on how i can enable a registered and logged in user to run his/her own accounts by receiving money on my platform. I have been able to effect payments to only one account which is mine the owner of the platform. How can i resolve this?
