status wise count in laravel for other status

table name scheme_logs

id scheme_id status

1 1 new

2 1 accepted

3 1 underprocess

4 1 won

5 1 rejected

1 2 new

2 2 accepted

3 2 underprocess

5 2 rejected

this is my database design

i want count all status

if status is underprocess then count underprocess status and count another status if status is won then underprocess count = 0 scheme_id wise
