How to prevent standalone laravel project to run by a not owner of that project? [closed]

Let's say a management system SomeName developed using laravel. Now, this SomeName system is sold to ABC organisation. But, there is a risk that the ABC will misuse my system. What i meant they will sell or give the app free to someone. Or someone will copy the system from their pc, and will run into their pc. Its a standalone project. So, i have been asked to intrgreate something to prevent this. How can i implement something that will not be visible & if someone stoles my system without letting me, the person will not be able to run the project. Last but not the least, programmer may bypass this by debugging at the end. But want to do something that the person will give up after keep trying. To sum up, i want restrict that my system will only be run by valid owner. And if someone not actual owner than will not be able to run (although the person gets some clue but will not be successful).
