Laravel 5.4 How To Set Task Schedular for Multi Domain on Same Laravel Instance?

I have two websites using Same Laravel 5.4 Instance, both have there separate .env files and separate DB. e.g

a.example.com >> .env (default)
b.example.com >> b.env

And both included respectively based on sub-domain name and are working properly. But now I am facing issue for setting up Task Scheduler, Its always pick a default .env file is there any way where I can set it up or Both Subdomain?
Thanks.
