Class 'MongoDB\Driver\Manager' not found - Library already loaded

I have spent about 3 days solving this problem and still have not found the solution. I use messenger/mongodb, this is the detail.

"jenssegers/agent": "^2.6", "jenssegers/mongodb": "3.6", "mongodb/mongodb": "1.9.0"

i use PHP 7.4 i check on phpinfo() the MongoDB library already loaded.

I am using macos bigsur on my local mechice.
