url always return http://localhost

I have below code in notification file

url('/#/account-activation', $this->token)

which returns http://localhost/#/account-activation/79f6a3fa2357ee789b8c

here problem is: my xampp server localhost is set as localhost:85 but i always get the url without port.

In order to fix that, I set the APP_URL=http://localhost:85 in .env file and same thing was done in config/app.php

But still same issue. Please suggest
