How to inpute text Value renders as html entity in Vue. some stuffs i check and not solved area

HTML:

if the 'item.name' contains the Unicode or special character to decode the html we use. or Logan's

example: if the name is Logan's - => Logan's - } => Logan's not working - <p v-html="item.name"></p> not working on Edit the data.

How to Solve this problem ??? it is not working properly inside the input
