How to push message to RabbiqMQ from Laravel?

I have installed this package for using rabbitMQ.

Tutorial says that I should use queue's functionality in Laravel to communicate with RabbitMQ.

Nut I can not get what I must use from this documentation, how to push message in Rabbit?

I am disinformation about jobs/queues/workers
