Count number of downloads the file when clicking in the link laravel 5

I have project laravel 5 library ,And i hava some of file in my project and each file i need show how much downloads so i have column in database but i don't know how count how much downloads file when clicking in the link please help me for how can increase number of download when clicking in the link
