Paypal Sandbox error in Laravel 5.2.31

I am using this article to integrate Paypal with Laravel 5.2.31

This integration was working fine with Laravel 5.2.15 but today when i trued to do the same with Laravel 5.2.31, I got the following error.

Got Http response code 400 when accessing http://ift.tt/1f12BzJ.

I am using sandbox mode in paypal config file.

Did somebody face this error in Laravel latest version ?
