Delete test in Laravel

I am beginner in Laravel. I use in my project Laravel 5.8.

I have this code:

1. Controller

    public function destroy(Request $request)
        {

                }

        }

2. Model

3. Test File

When I run this test, I have error:

How can I repair it? What's wrong?
