How extend cms on laravel? All Commands don't work

Cms from codecanyon. So it's installing through form, as many other cms. I want to extend it, but when after the installation, I connect via ssh to my project which created in Laravel, no command works (php artisan ... - there's no file or detective with this name). Even composer didn't install when I install this cms, so please help me how to extend it? P.S. Sorry for my English.. In two words:: I want to do so all commands that I can do in localhost where installed laravel via composer, worked with this cms, it's all what I want... Please help me
