All in one Laravel comments plugin

In my Laravel 5.7/jquey 3/ bootstrap 4 / mysql app I need to implement comments in product Editor. Are there some plugins or ready scripts?

With features :

1. Tree/listing view for comments
2. User can answer comments
3. User can edit/delete his own comments
4. User/Superadmin can edit/delete all comments
5. Additively some scopes to modify some bit of code
