Imap not connection on server , working perfect on localhost

I am trying to get email by using laravel imap library the connection works okay on local but when try it on live server it gives error .

imap_open(): Couldn't open stream {domail.com:993/imap/ssl}. Can't connect to domail.com,993: Connection refused
