PHP Larvael 5.6.39 get a error Class 'Memcached' not found

path: windows 10,Nginx1.16.1 ,PHP7.2.23,MariaDB10.3.18 ;

I run a program，power by Laravel framework(this program not my code), got a error

Symfony \ Component \ Debug \ Exception \ FatalThrowableError (E_ERROR)
Class 'Memcached' not found

I think my Laravel path is ok,because I run other program power by Laravel framework it running,no error! So I want to know how other environmental problems in here?
