PHP(Laravel) get date range of Lodging Period

I am creating a CSV download function, which outputs data based on the selected date.

The CSV data is like this, Member Name, Lodging: (Lodging to which the member is booked), Lodging Period: (date range of lodging period per member)

I have provided an image below to illustrate the lodging period case and how I need it to be output on CSV. I am not sure how I can get the date range for each Lodging Period. (There is no set check in or check out date).

GOAL: Get the date range of "Lodging Period" based on the selected CSV output date.
