localhost is currently unable to handle this request HTTP ERROR 500

I am using Laravel 7 with PHP 7.3. I am running my project with artisan serve it works perfectly. But I want to run without artisan serve i have set up everything how to run without artisan serve. But Now I getting HTTP ERROR 500 I have checked larave.log for error but it's not creating in the logs folder. I have tried with this command but still not get success.

sudo chmod -R 775 storage

I have searched a lot of this error but failed to solve this. thanks in advance
