got following error in laravel 5.1 : TokenMismatchException in VerifyCsrfToken.php line 53

I have tried out all the things which i found on google to solve this problem. but didn't find answer of it till now. its working fine in local system but whenever i moved code to server it display TokenMismatchException in VerifyCsrfToken.php line 53 error.
