I kept on getting this error after running composer update

./composer.json has been updated
> php artisan clear-compiled

  [Symfony\Component\Debug\Exception\FatalErrorException]
  Class 'Illuminate\Html\HtmlServiceProvider' not found

In composer.json this is my required file:
