Google+ API Server Error 403 Forbidden when user is login

I'm trying to use Google+ API in my Laravel application and everything is done in the configuration part, but when I'm try to login using the API when the user is redirected I'm getting Server Error 403 Forbidden You do not have permission to access this document.

This is first time I'm getting this error and I don't know from where is this coming.

Any ideas?
