APIs does not return result

I am using laravel 5.1 and Linux Server with apache and mysql. Server is in the AWS(t2-micro instance for hosting and RDS for the database)

All my APIs stops to return the result.

1) RAM Usage

2) Disk Usage

3) CPU Usage by process

I am also able to connect to RDS through other file when APIS was not responding and was able to chat which was using socket at the different port.

sudo service httpd restart solved my problem and APIs startes to return the result but it happens 2-3 times in a day. Any Suggestion ?
