Laravel 5.3 does not Angular Js files

I have good knowledge in Laravel 5.3 but never worked on Angular.js

We can create the new Laravel project using command

composer create-project laravel/laravel ProjectName

But this does not include any Angular Js files. I checked on Google if there is any way on command prompt to download any directory structure. After many hours search, I posted the questions

Can you kindly suggest?
