403 Forbidden on nginx/1.8.0 (Fedora 22 - Laravel 5.1)

I'm new with Nginx server i already have Apache server on my machine both working well when visit the home page for both

but i getting 403 Forbidden when go to laravel app

My settings file /etc/nginx/nginx.conf

Note: i have all permission on my root dir and the same app working well with Apache server
