IMAP use on laravel 5.2 to mail it's created user

I want to create a mail system in Laravel 5.2 to mail our system user id. i am trying to do this with above code, but can't understand how to use that code in Laravel framework.

first i have try with mailgun to send user existing mail address. but that's not my issues, i want to mail user id based and show unique user his email by a inbox system.
