Running Laravel 5.1 on IIS default Website

I have a laravel 5.1 project running on IIS on port 86 like so, http://localhost:86/. What I would like to do is to run the application on the default website port 80, however when I add the application and run the website it comes up blank. I am a newbie to IIS and help please...
