Database support Laravel

I`m developing application on laravel . I want my application generalised for RDMS means the application can be installed on any DB and it should run without any changes in the coding / queries . May be some config changes are allowed .

Is it advisable to use eloquent ORM or build your query and execute it ??

I want make whether eloquent ORM supports Mysql , MSSQL , more importantly Oracle ??
