Laravel 5 Intervention ImageCache URL routing not working on live server

I integrated Intervention Imagecache on my Laravel 5.1 project, and on my localhost, it's working great as well as the dynamic imagecache routing. However, when I migrate my project to our live server, imagecache is not working now and is returning a NotFoundHttpException. I tried the answers in the internet to replace public_path('images/profile-pictures') to $_SERVER['DOCUMENT_ROOT']."/images/profile-pictures" but no luck.

And anyway, I already checked the gd library on my live server and it says it's already installed. I also checked the image if it has really been uploaded, and yeah it exists. I have also successfully installed "intervention/image": "^2.3", and "intervention/imagecache": "^2.3" I used linux server, using DigitalOcean and set it up successfully.

Now, can you tell me or help me find a clue, what is going on with the Intervention ImageCache Routing why it is returning a NotFoundHttpException on live server, but worked perfectly on my localhost:8000? Thanks! :)
