View template fails stat & job fails to autoload

I've got a couple issues. First, my emails have stopped sending for some reason.

I can only find posts about this error when it's to do with Smarty, and disabling some error reporting setting.

Second error, and I'm assuming related, is one of my jobs fails to fire. I'm assuming composer isn't autoloading it even though the file exists.

I've tried a dump-autoload and a redeploy using Envoyer and nothing has worked. Everything works locally and in our staging environment, but breaks in production.
